Softball Recap: Greenbrier Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Greenbrier can now relate to. They lost 14-3 to the Loganville Red Devils on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Wolfpack in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost six in a row.

Greenbrier saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Harlem Waul, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. Another was Josie McQuillan, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Greenbrier's defeat dropped their record down to 19-11. As for Loganville, their win bumped their record up to 24-3.

While Greenbrier had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
