Soccer Recap: Pacifica Takes a Loss

Pacifica was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Ventura Cougars. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tritons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in January.

Pacifica's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-5. As for Ventura, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8-4.

Pacifica will square off against Dos Pueblos at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Pacifica is facing Dos Pueblos at the right time seeing as Dos Pueblos is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Ventura has already played their next game (against Rio Mesa), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
