Volleyball Recap: Hudson Takes a Loss

Hudson lost against Weeki Wachee back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cobras lost 3-0 to the Hornets.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-8.

Among those leading the charge was Payton Jung, who had 14 digs and two aces. Those 14 digs gave her a new career-high.

Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Weeki Wachee, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Looking ahead, Hudson will be playing at home against Anclote at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cobras are facing the Sharks at the right time seeing as the Sharks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Weeki Wachee, they will square off against Mount Dora at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
