Carrollton put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over the North Cobb Warriors. Those three runs were actually the fewest the Trojans have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for North Cobb, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

Carrollton and North Cobb should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. The Trojans will challenge Chapel Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (7 vs. 266). Meanwhile, North Cobb (ranked 11th) will meet North Paulding (ranked 143rd) at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
