Soccer Recap: Hebron Christian's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Hebron Christian's match on Thursday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They never let the Athens Academy Spartans get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. It was an even better day for Aiden KANCLERZ as he scored three goals for his team.

The victory was the third in a row for Hebron Christian, bringing their record for this year to 3-0. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three contests. As for Athens Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Hebron Christian will square off against Russellville at 5:30 p.m. on February 28th. Athens Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oglethorpe County at 7:30 p.m. on March 14th.
