Basketball Recap: Burrell Takes a Loss

After flying high against Highlands last Thursday, Burrell came back down to earth. The Burrell Bucs fell 47-40 to the Knoch Knights on Monday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bucs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 38-28 back in December of 2024.

Burrell's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Knoch, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-8.

Burrell will host Derry at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Knoch, they will face off against Highlands at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
