Softball Recap: Westmoore Comes Up Short

Westmoore's last matchup with Edmond Memorial could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Jaguars lost 7-1 to the Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

Westmoore has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Edmond Memorial, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Westmoore and Edmond Memorial will both be playing Norman North the next time they take the field. The Jaguars will host the Timberwolves at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
