Soccer Recap: Tripoli Comes Up Short

Tripoli lost against Columbus back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Panthers came up short against the Sailors, falling 11-1. That's two games in a row now that Tripoli have lost by exactly ten goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Tripoli and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Columbus, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Tripoli wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against MFL MarMac on the 8th. Columbus has also already played their next match (against Sumner-Fredericksburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
