Baseball Recap: Arroyo Comes Up Short

If Arroyo was riding high fresh off their 13-0 takedown of Mt. Eden on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Dons took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the San Leandro Pirates on Friday. The Dons haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Arroyo's loss dropped their record down to 13-12-1. As for San Leandro, the win was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 19-7.

As of now, neither Arroyo nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
