Lower Moreland triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Dani Brusha

Recap: Lower Moreland Lions vs. Cheltenham Panthers
The Lower Moreland Lions scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They came out on top against Cheltenham by a score of 66-54. The win was nothing new for Lower Moreland as they're now sitting on three straight.
Dani Brusha continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 28 points along with four steals. Those 28 points set a new season-high mark for her. The team also got some help courtesy of Briana Mcferran, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds.
Lower Moreland now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Cheltenham, they bumped their record down to 2-1 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lower Moreland won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Springfield Township at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th. Springfield Township presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lower Moreland in Pennsylvania (Springfield Township is ranked 90th, while Lower Moreland is ranked 235th). Cheltenham won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Upper Moreland at 7:00 p.m. on December 15th. Upper Moreland will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
