Basketball Preview: Davis Sr. Blue Devils vs. McClatchy Lions

The Blue Devils will be taking part in a tournament against the Lions at 5:00 p.m. Davis Sr. is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.1 points per game this season.
On Tuesday, Davis Sr. was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 49-43 to Inderkum. While the Blue Devils didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Tigers 21-14 in the first quarter.

Despite their defeat, Davis Sr. saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Sonia Clayton, who shot 64% from the field en route to 16 points, was perhaps the best of all. McClatchy's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Davis Sr., their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
