Softball Recap: South Cobb Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for South Cobb's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Hillgrove Hawks on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

South Cobb's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hillgrove, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, South Cobb will face off against Lithia Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hillgrove, they will challenge Sequoyah at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
