Softball Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Mountain View was the 9-8 winner over South Forsyth when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Bears fell 10-7 to the War Eagles on Monday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Olivia Storey made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Peyton Patterson, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for South Forsyth, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-16.

Looking ahead, Mountain View will welcome Central Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Forsyth, they will head out to take on North Atlanta at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
