Softball Recap: Brookwood Triumphs

Brookwood gave up the first runs on Saturday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against the Atkinson County Rebels by a score of 10-5. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Lyla James West was excellent, going 2-for-3 with five RBI. Another player making a difference was Audrey Harrison, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.

Brookwood's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Brookwood will take on Westwood at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Atkinson County has already played their next match (against Pelham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
