Soccer Recap: Parkview Comes Up Short

After flying high against Loganville last Tuesday, Parkview came back down to earth. Parkview fell just short of the Peachtree Ridge Lions by a score of 2-1 on Friday. Parkview haven't had much luck with Peachtree Ridge recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Parkview's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Peachtree Ridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Parkview will take on rival Berkmar at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Peachtree Ridge is set to face off against their familiar foe Meadowcreek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
