Basketball Game Preview: Immanuel Christian Crusaders vs. Boron Bobcats

The Immanuel Christian Crusaders are headed away from home for the first time to square off against the Boron Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Immanuel Christian is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Mammoth: they outscored them in every quarter. The Crusaders took down the Huskies 36-22 last Thursday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Immanuel Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Chloe Loughlin, who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Journey Curran, who earned eight points.

Meanwhile, Boron made easy work of Lone Pine on Tuesday and carried off a 43-18 victory.

The win got Boron back to even at 1-1. As for Immanuel Christian, the victory also got them back to even at 1-1.

Immanuel Christian couldn't quite get it done against Boron when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 31-24. Can the Crusaders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
