Rock Canyon never got on the board in their matchup on Saturday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Northfield on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 14-2 margin over the Nighthawks. Considering the Jaguars have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Delaney Mimless was excellent, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and three doubles. That's the most runs she has posted since back in September of 2024. Dakota Dugan was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Rock Canyon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .727. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Rock Canyon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Northfield, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-8.

As of now, neither Rock Canyon nor the Nighthawks have any future games scheduled.
