Enzo Meres Game Report: @ Eagle Rock

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Enzo Meres: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made four total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Marshall still had to take a 41-7 loss at the hands of Eagle Rock. We hope Meres' good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Meres and Marshall will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Meres' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Barristers' four-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Meres and the Barristers surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Friday's match.
