Northwest extended their winning streak to 13 on Saturday, bumping them up to 15-2. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against Waverly. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Northwest has posted since August 21st.

Becca Dinkelman and Libby Loman did most of the damage at the plate: Dinkelman went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI, while Loman went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two runs.

As for Waverly, their loss dropped their record down to 15-8. They have struggled against Northwest recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

On Waverly's side, Jill Hind and Reagan Glassburner did some serious damage despite the final result: Hind went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI, while Glassburner went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI.
