Softball Game Preview: Warrensburg Tigers vs. Oak Grove Panthers

Warrensburg hasn't had much luck against Oak Grove recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Tigers will host the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Warrensburg came up short against Odessa on Thursday, falling 8-1.

Warrensburg saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aspen Osborn, who went 2-for-4 with one run. Kenzie Crouch also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Meanwhile, Oak Grove faced Mid-Buchanan in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Panthers took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons.

Warrensburg's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Oak Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-3.
