Soccer Recap: Central Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Central was not quite Hampshire's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 4-2 to the Whip-Purs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Central of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Central dropped their record down to 6-7-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Hampshire, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2-2 and their overall record up to 6-3-3.
