Soccer Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the West Burlington Falcons. That's two games in a row now that Highland have lost by exactly three goals.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for West Burlington, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Highland wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-1 draw against Alburnett on the 2nd. As for West Burlington, they have also already played their next game, a 6-2 defeat against St. Albert on the 3rd.
