Soccer Recap: Arleta Comes Up Short

Arleta and Monroe squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Arleta had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Monroe this season, with their most recent defeat being a 1-0 loss back in January.

Arleta's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-4. As for Monroe, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-7-4.

Arleta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monroe, they will square off against Aspire Ollin at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
