Mt. Shasta waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Modoc Braves by a score of 3-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Mt. Shasta were the better team in the second half.

Mt. Shasta's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Modoc, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-11.

Mt. Shasta wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, an 11-1 victory against Etna on the 16th. As for Modoc, they will venture away from home to face off against Tulelake at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Modoc's defense better be ready for this one: Tulelake have averaged an impressive 5 goals per game this season.
