Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary walked away with it. They strolled past the Temescal Canyon Titans with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 87-68. The Cardinals' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Temescal Canyon had strong showings from Ahmani Browder, who dropped a triple-double with 28 points, 13 rebounds, and ten assists, and Sarai Kamweru, who en route to 22 points. Temescal Canyon is 9-4 when Browder posts ten or more assists, but 4-12 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Stephanie Cheatham, who posted eight points and six boards.

Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points over those games. Temescal Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 13-16.
