Volleyball Recap: Kuemper's Undefeated Season over After Eight Games

Kuemper was the 2-0 winner over Humboldt when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The loss was the Knights' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Kuemper fell to 7-1. As for Humboldt, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Coming up, Kuemper will head out on the road to take on Denison-Schleswig at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Humboldt, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Emmetsburg on the 6th.
