Liberty is 3-0 against Minarets since January of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Liberty Hawks will venture away from home to face off against the Minarets Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Liberty took a loss when they played away from home on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Chowchilla with a sharp 6-2 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their one-goal performance the game before.

Meanwhile, Minarets had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Blue Raiders a 1-0 shutout. The Mustangs wouldn't have won without Kamryn Holland, who scored the game-winner.

Liberty has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those six contests. As for Minarets, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-1.

Liberty beat Minarets 2-0 in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Will Liberty repeat their success, or does Minarets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
