University Prep hasn't lost a match since January 13th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Anderson Cubs. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Anderson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kenna Wood (2), Zoey Deedon, and Mikayla Clarkson.

University Prep's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three matches. As for Anderson, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-13-1 record this season.

University Prep wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Yreka on the 11th. As for Anderson, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-0 victory against Central Valley on the 11th.
