Preview: Masterman vs. Olney Trojans
Masterman will be playing in front of their home fans against the Olney Trojans at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Masterman will be looking to keep their 18-game home win streak alive.
On Monday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Masterman beat Prep Charter 41-35.
It was another big night for Jocelyn Goldstein, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Masterman's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Brunelli, who scored seven points along with five steals.
Meanwhile, Olney's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on January 8th after their third straight loss. They fell 43-34 to Belmont Charter.
Masterman's victory bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Olney, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
