Cook and Worth County are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but likely not for long. The Cook Hornets will be playing at home against the Worth County Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cook has given up an average of 5.2 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Cook managed to keep up with Savannah Arts Academy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Cook lost 5-1 to Savannah Arts Academy. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, the Hornets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Meanwhile, Worth County sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over Brantley County on Friday.

Cook dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Worth County, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Cook took their victory against Worth County in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0. Does Cook have another victory up their sleeve, or will Worth County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
