Basketball Recap: Calvary Baptist Academy Takes a Loss

Calvary Baptist Academy was the 30-29 winner over Blair County Christian when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Calvary Baptist Academy fell just short of the Blair County Christian Bobcats by a score of 29-26 on Tuesday.

Blair County Christian found their leader in sophomore Kadee Spinazzola, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. Those nine boards gave Spinazzola a new career-high. Ava Snyder was another key player, putting up four points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.

Calvary Baptist Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Blair County Christian, their win bumped their record up to 13-8.

As of now, neither Calvary Baptist Academy nor Blair County Christian have any future games scheduled.
