Softball Recap: Golden Takes a Loss

Golden was the 8-5 winner over Berthoud when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Demons lost 13-1 to the Spartans on Saturday. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Golden saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Molli Nath, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Golden's loss dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Berthoud, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Golden nor Berthoud have any future games scheduled.
