Middletown faced Willits in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Mustangs never let the Wolverines get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The matchup marked Middletown's most dominant victory of the season.

Middletown has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-6-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those six matches. As for Willits, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4-2.
