Softball Recap: Cass Takes a Loss

Cass fell victim to Hart County and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Colonels' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cass' defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hart County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Cass will square off against Rockmart at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hart County, they will be playing at home against Chapel Hill at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
