Soccer Recap: Benicia Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Benicia was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Northgate Broncos finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

Benicia's draw gives them a new season record of 4-7-1. As for Northgate, they moved theirs to 6-2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Benicia take on the Campolindo at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northgate, they will host Las Lomas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northgate's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
