Soccer Recap: Westminster Christian Academy's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Westminster Christian Academy was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lake Oconee Academy Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Westminster Christian Academy of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Westminster Christian Academy fell to 3-1-1. As for Lake Oconee Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Westminster Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Augusta Prep Day on the 28th. As for Lake Oconee Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 7-1 win against Lincoln County on the 28th.
