Baseball Recap: Community Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Community Christian Academy's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Georgia Christian Generals on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Eagles' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Community Christian Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Case Nelms, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Community Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Georgia Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1.

Coming up, Community Christian Academy will host Valwood at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Georgia Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Open Bible Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
