Shepard won the last time they faced Woodstock and things went their way on Saturday too. The Astros came out on top against the Blue Streaks by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Astros.

Shepard easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Shepard's win bumped their record up to 20-9. As for Woodstock, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-21 record this season.

Shepard will face off against Blue Island Eisenhower at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodstock, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Grayslake North at 1:00 p.m.
