Basketball Recap: Lititz Christian Continues Home Dominance on Monday

Lititz Christian had won two straight home games and Emma Christner did her part to make it three on Monday. The Lititz Christian Eagles took down Linden Hall School for Girls 43-29 thanks in part to Christner, who went 10 of 23 on her way to 21 points and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Lititz Christian's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Najya Vega, who posted eight points in addition to seven steals and five boards. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last six games she's played.

Lititz Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-8 record this season. As for Linden Hall School for Girls, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lititz Christian will square off against Conestoga Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Linden Hall School for Girls, they will take on Columbia at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
