Softball Recap: Arlington Comes Up Short

Arlington fell victim to Douglas County West and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 9-0 to the Falcon. The Eagles have struggled against the Falcon recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Arlington's defeat dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Douglas County West, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-8.

Looking ahead, Douglas County West is taking a road trip to square off against Duchesne/Roncalli at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Arlington will be paying especially close attention to the Falcon's contest: after the Falcon face off against Duchesne/Roncalli, they'll take on Arlington again on Tuesday.
