Clovis West won the last time they faced Edison and things went their way on Friday too. The Golden Eagles walked away with a 23-13 win over the Vikings. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Golden Eagles.

A big part of Clovis West's victory came down to the chemistry between Jamar (JJ) Howard and his top target Relando Jefferson. Howard threw for 127 yards and a pair of TDs while Jefferson picked up 89 receiving yards and one score. Jefferson got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 55 yards. Steven MacIas handled things on the ground, rushing for 106 yards.
