Recap: Edison Tigers vs. McLane Highlanders
The Edison Tigers won the last time they faced the McLane Highlanders, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Edison blew past McLane 49-27.
Edison got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Paige Hamilton out in front who scored 19 points along with 6 assists and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Aireanna Jennings, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Edison now has a winning record of 3-2. As for McLane, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Edison will be playing at home against Madera South at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Madera South is ranked 256th, while Edison is ranked 254th). As for McLane, they will head out on the road to face off against Firebaugh at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
