Basketball Recap: Elk County Catholic Takes a Loss

Elk County Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 36-28 to the St. Marys Flying Dutch. The Crusaders were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Flying Dutch earlier this season, when they won 47-20.

Elk County Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for St. Marys, they pushed their record up to 10-10 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Coming up, Elk County Catholic will welcome Bradford at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Marys, they have already played their next contest, a 45-43 win against Kane on the 10th.
