Softball Recap: Coahulla Creek Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Coahulla Creek's offense. They came up short against the Murray County Indians on Tuesday, falling 8-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Coahulla Creek's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Murray County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Coahulla Creek is set to face off against their familiar foe Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Murray County will challenge rival North Cobb Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
