It was a good run, but Fort Cherry unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Thursday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 45-44 to the South Side Rams. The Rangers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rams earlier this season, when they won 50-45.

Fort Cherry's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for South Side, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Cherry will face off against Rochester at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for South Side, they will challenge Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
