Basketball Game Preview: Bullard Knights vs. Torres Toros

The Bullard Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Torres Toros at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bullard knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Torres likes a good challenge.

Last Thursday, everything came up roses for Bullard against Hoover as the team secured a 65-27 victory. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Torres was able to grind out a solid win over Madera South on Friday, taking the game 38-29. Given the Toros' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 265th, while the Stallions are ranked 707th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bullard's record is now 12-8. As for Torres, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.
