Baseball Recap: Ridgeland Comes Up Short

Ridgeland fell victim to Northwest Whitfield and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Bruins, falling 6-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bruins recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Ridgeland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Northwest Whitfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.
