Soccer Recap: Torres Takes a Loss

Torres was the 4-0 winner over Bullard when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Toros fell 3-1 to the Knights on Thursday.

Torres' goal came courtesy of Emma Velasquez, who's now up to ten this season.

Torres' loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1-1 and their overall record down to 9-4-1. As for Bullard, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-5-2.

Coming up, Torres will challenge Justin Garza at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Torres are facing Justin Garza at the right time seeing as Justin Garza are stuck on a four-game losing streak. Bullard does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
