Softball Recap: Woodstock Drops Highest Score of Season Against Paulding County

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Woodstock). They came out on top against the Paulding County Patriots by a score of 11-6 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolverines also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Woodstock and bumps their season record up to 2-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Paulding County, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Woodstock will square off against Etowah at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paulding County, they will take on Sprayberry at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
