Soccer Recap: South Effingham Starts Season with Loss on the Road

South Effingham had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 3-1 to the Benedictine Cadets on Friday. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cadets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Coming up, South Effingham will take on Southeast Bulloch at 7:00 p.m. on February 14th. As for Benedictine, they will challenge Richmond Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
